Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Achieve and exceed cargo sales targets by promoting the airline’s cargo services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts across various industries.
• Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners. And direct clients.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent service and regular follow-up.
• Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the airline’s cargo capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
• Coordinate closely with cargo operations, customer service, and station team to ensure smooth delivery of service.
• Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
