Roles & Responsibilities
1. To manage a portfolio of companies consisting local and MNC companies.
2. To perform full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, preparation of directors’ resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+.
3. To maintain and update statutory registers and minutes books.
4. To perform client due diligence.
5. To handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
6. To prepare XBRL format of financial statements.
7. To handle administrative duties as assigned.
8. Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the clients.
