Operations Analyst_Beginner

9 months contract (estimated to end on 9 Jul 2026)

Changi Business Park

Mon - Fri, 9-6PM

This position is more of a data entry position, highly focused on processing

1. Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)

2. Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing

3. Perform daily reconciliation of ITT / OTT payments

4. Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT / OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.

5. Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in relevant fields
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
