Roles & Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver both classroom and practical training in Food Safety, Workplace Safety, and other WSQ / non-WSQ courses.
- Assess and grade participants’ performance and examinations.
- Ensure training sessions are aligned with intended learning outcomes.
Outlet Observation – During Operations
Work closely with brand heads to coach Service ACEs for optimal performance.Provide guidance and feedback to mid-management to enhance appraisal outcomes.Conduct promotional assessments and performance reviews for mid-management Service ACEs.Monitor outlets to ensure consistent service standards and soft skill application in customer interactions.Outlet Observation – During Non-Operations
Support skill enhancement and behavioral development through training and on-the-job coaching.Collaborate with department leads to conduct Quality Assurance, 5S, and Service Audits.Update the training team on assigned outlets and track progress of Service ACEs.Oversee, implement, and evaluate learning plans to address identified skill gaps.Assist in company-wide initiatives and training-related projects.Requirements
Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry (fine dining background preferred).Strong leadership and people management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized and capable of supporting cross-departmental or training projects.ACTA / ACLP, DACE, or WSET Level 2 and above certification is advantageous.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
