Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Manage the planning, coordination and execution of civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with the design team to review and approve technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality control measures
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Requirements :
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil / structural engineering industryProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsHaving experience in LTA projects is a plusStrong technical knowledge and understanding of civil and structural engineering principlesExcellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesKnowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standardsEA License No : 13C6305
