Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for daily factory operations, ensuring efficient management of production, warehousing, logistics, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement production plans, allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Optimize production processes, improve productivity and cost control, and promote automation and lean manufacturing.
• Lead team building and employee training to enhance operational skills and safety awareness.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and R&D teams to align supply chain and market demand.
• Regularly analyze operational data, propose improvements, and report factory performance to senior management.
• Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in the food or meat processing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / leadership role.
• Familiar with meat processing techniques, cold chain management, and relevant food safety regulations.
• Strong skills in production planning, cost control, and process optimization.
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stress management abilities, adaptable to fast-paced production environments.
