Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Project Coordinator (ID6063)

Location : Commonwealth

Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary : $3500-$4000

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and track projects to meet deadlines, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Work with clients, vendors, and team members to get requirements, solve problems, and keep projects running smoothly.
• Prepare budgets and keep project records up to date.
• Assist the Manager with coordination, reports, and technical matters.
• Organize daily work for the team, handle multiple tasks, and solve issues quickly.
• Check engineering work and follow up on any changes needed.
• Do other tasks as assigned.
