Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : Up to $3,500 / month + Performance Incentives

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Days : 5-day work week (including weekends during events)

Work Hours : Based on event schedule (e.g. 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm)

Location : Islandwide (Field-based role)

Start Date : Immediate preferred

Role Overview :

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive public awareness and enrollment for our training programs.

This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face engagement, and is passionate about helping individuals upskill and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively promote training programs at roadshows, pop-up booths, and outreach events across Singapore
• Engage walk-in prospects, understand their upskilling needs, and recommend suitable courses
• Meet and exceed daily / weekly outreach and sign-up targets
• Clearly explain course benefits, pathways, and funding schemes
• Collect, manage, and follow up on leads to support conversion efforts
• Ensure professional and consistent setup of event booths in line with brand guidelines
• Submit reports on outreach efforts and share feedback to improve campaign success
