Responsibilities

• Supervise and review team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead credit discussions, forums, and project initiatives
• Prepare and submit periodic credit reviews and waiver requests for approval
• Monitor covenant compliance and escalate risks or adverse developments promptly
• Manage compliance requirements and oversee administrative functions for the team and portfolio
• Financial spreading, rating, loan classification, pricing models, default triggers and financial analysis and projections
• Provide comprehensive company and industry research to make informed credit decisions; support relationship managers in deal execution if and when required
