Responsibilities :
Analyse sales performance across boutiques and retail
channels to identify trends, insights, and areas of
opportunity.
Present findings to management,
recommend strategies, and implement short- and long-term plans to
drive business performance.
Ensure consistent
delivery of high-quality client experiences and service standards
across all locations.
Set key performance
targets, conduct regular team assessments, and mentor retail
specialists to achieve both qualitative and quantitative
goals.
Lead retail projects and initiatives,
engaging stakeholders and applying effective change-management
strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with senior management and boutique managers
to identify new business opportunities and support long-term growth
strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a business-related
discipline.
At least 8 years' experience in
retail operations within the luxury sector.
Skilled in financial metrics, organizational thinking,
and team development.
Highly motivated,
collaborative, and
results-driven.
