Job Summary :
BYD by 1826 is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Performance Training Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end sales training strategy for both BYD and DENZA car sales consultants (SCs). Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), this role is pivotal in building a high-performing sales force through structured training, continuous evaluation, and ongoing development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive sales, learning principles, and performance coaching. You will be responsible for equipping our SCs with strong product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive insights across all locations – including Suntec, Zhongshan, and our upcoming launches at Waterway Point, Centrepoint, and IMM.
