Role Description :
As Training Manager, you will design and manage
customized training programs in close collaboration with the
consulting team and clients. Your responsibilities
include :
Onboarding new team members by
introducing the company's structure, culture, and
services.
Managing training projects, from
planning to execution, using advanced project management
techniques.
Refining facilitation skills by
handling complex training scenarios and engaging
participants.
Strengthening client relationships
through conflict resolution, contract negotiations, and
satisfaction management.
Customizing training
modules to meet specific client needs and presenting tailored
solutions.
Conducting needs assessments and
designing training programs to align with client
objectives.
This role involves hands-on work,
close collaboration with the team, and continuous professional
development.
Specific
Responsibilities : Individual to
be involved in :
1. The trainee will be
introduced to the company's structure, culture, services, and
internal tools through orientation sessions and shadowing senior
training managers to understand daily
operations.
2. The trainee will learn project
management principles and manage a small training project from
start to finish.
3. The trainee will refine
facilitation skills, focusing on managing difficult participants,
group dynamics, and adapting training styles to the
audience.
4. The trainee will develop advanced
client relationship management techniques, including conflict
resolution, contract negotiations, and client satisfaction through
case studies and role-playing with senior
managers
5. The trainee will attend client
meetings, learn to gather client needs, and customize training
modules. He / she will present tailored solutions for
feedback.
6. The trainee will also review past
needs assessments, conduct a training needs analysis, and
collaborate on designing a sample training program, applying
instructional design principles.
