Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Introduce the spa’s services and offerings to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Answer phone calls politely, record call details accurately, and promptly update the manager on customer appointments.
  • Handle bookings, manage payments diligently, perform daily reconciliation, and operate computer systems proficiently.
  • Maintain a neat and professional front desk appearance and cleanliness to create a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage staff attendance records, update accounts, and oversee product inventory.
  • Demonstrate strong service awareness, communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience.
  • Professional appearance, with appropriate dressing and a friendly, welcoming smile at all times.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is required (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (Malaysian).
  • Female candidates preferred (due to operational requirements).
