INM Construction Pte Ltd is a leading company in the Marine, Construction, and Oil & Gas sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Descriptions
- Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
- Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
- Assist on payroll processing
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Any other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred.Team player with good interpersonal skills.Meticulous and some problem solving skills.Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressureTell employers what skills you have
