Key Responsibilities :

a. Recruitment Support : Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.

b. Candidate Sourcing : Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

c. Interview Coordination : Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.

d. Administrative Support : Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and managing HR documentation. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

b. Previous experience in recruitment or HR support required. At least 1 year of experience.

c. Knowledge on AI and Gaming industry is a bonus
