Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT operations including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching.
- Assist in after-hours support activities such as maintenance and upgrades when required.
- Provide first-level and second-level support for system-related issues (Windows, AD, backup, storage).
- Perform routine systems administration tasks such as system checks, log reviews, and patch deployments.
- Assist in managing Active Directory, Windows servers, and virtualized environments (VMWare / Hyper-V).
- Work with senior engineers or vendors to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Help prepare basic reports and documentation for internal teams or clients.
- Stay updated with system updates and security advisories.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.1 to 3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure / system support experience.Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Virtualization technologies.Exposure to backup systems and storage is a plus.Familiarity with ITSM processes (e.g., incident / change / asset management) is an advantage.Microsoft and / or ITIL certifications preferred but not required.Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.EA Number : 11C4879
