Sales Executive (Semicon / Liaise with Japanese HQ)

Job Description :

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts, primarily based in Singapore, with some coverage in Southeast Asia.
• Promote and present both existing and new products to customers, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and business requirements.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturers in Japan& Taiwan and communicate effectively with customers
• Participate in internal sales and technical meetings, as well as customer-facing meetings, to support pre- and post-sales discussions.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle quotations, pricing calculations, and conduct price negotiations with both customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and order fulfilment between customers and manufacturing facilities.
• Engage in client entertainment activities as required to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Liaise with technical teams in Japan and local support teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of technical issues.
