Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive

Job descriptionManage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and create basic content Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Support the team in preparing product brochures, samples, and presentation materials Update company website and listings with new products or project photos Track leads and help move them through the sales funnel Work closely with project and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience Maintain CRM system and update databases regularly Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field Strong communication and people skills - friendly, helpful, and professional Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), social media, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.) Interest in interior design, architecture, or building products is a plus Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with a diverse customer base Competitive starting salary with performance bonuses On-the-job training and mentorship Career growth opportunities in both sales and marketing tracks Friendly, supportive working environment Exposure to real-world projects and industry knowledge

As we expand our retail and project-based business, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales team and engage customers with professionalism and energy.
Indoor Sales Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Assist clients with product information, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate site measurement appointments and installations with the operations team
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions
