HR Executive / HR Assistant Jobs

Our HR assistants get to work in different roles in our multi-functional HR department, including recruitment, processing, payroll and training / welfare.

Job Description

Facilitate the HR department by providing efficient HR administrative support
Assist to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, performance review and training
Generate and compile statistical manpower reports
Maintenance of employee database and other HR documents
Location : Pasir Panjang Head Office

Job requirements

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Effective team-player with a positive attitude

Good command of written and spoken English

At least 1 year of related experience

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word

Able to handle stress and work within tight timelines
