Job descriptionKnowledgeable in Employment, CPF / Foreign Workers Levy Acts. Holds a Diploma in Admin / HRM. Minimum 2 years of experience managing large headcounts. Independent, hands-on, with strong time management skills. Proficient in MS Excel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full payroll process, including using Info Tech Payroll system.
- Maintain employee payroll records and handle government forms (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A / B).
- Manage government-paid leave and claims filing.
- Address staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
- Assist with additional HR functions, ad-hoc projects, and other assigned duties.
