MAIN PURPOSE
This position will developing guidelines on pricing and B2B2C sales with brand satellite team for the healthy & sustainable foundation This strategic initiative is needed to establish it aligned to the Group's / Region strategic direction and aligned to management under the latest market / competitor situations throughout the continuous monitoring, which has on achieving competitive advantage through synergized activities and making the outcome for brand equity building & cost structure improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking effective pricing (SRP / consumer price) across channels / markets
- Monitor B2B2C market comprehensive assessment with regular review / advice on managements.
- Review and align B2B2C pricing terms across regions and pricing terms to satellite BH team.
- Establish monitoring & regular reporting process.
- Establish guideline on pricing and B2B2C sale and align to managements.
- Set effective KPI or ROI as benchmark on B2C business with monitoring.
- Build up SKU, SRP, promotional pricing strategy & harmonization
- Provide insights to improve unhealthy biz & potential opportunity.
- Open new external networking to collect latest market situation.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding on trade business / structures across the market.Capable of pricing / mechanism design and B2B2C ecosystem Experienced the creating the report with strong ability of financial analysis.Must have well-established internal network (External is nice to have) to gather information / insightsStrong comprehension of internal stakeholder's dynamics and external business environmentRich experience of working with several stakeholders.Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese as the role would require communication with stakeholders in the China region.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem analysis & attention detailed & Organize and Hands-on is required as key competencies.
