Head of Product Strategy

Job descriptionDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. At least 15–20 years of working experience in relevant field with leadership experience. Proven ability to build products from scratch, driving ideation to execution. Strong expertise in product management, with the ability to analyze technical requirements, define realistic objectives, and set meaningful outcome metrics. Experience with enterprise systems, backend solutions, and data products is advantageous. Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to solving large, ambiguous challenges, with the capability to break them down into actionable steps. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written, visual, and verbal formats, as well as stakeholder management and team alignment. Experience in venture capital, corporate / business strategy, or government environments, providing strategic insights and a versatile approach.
Your new companyYou will be working with one of the largest organisations in Singapore. You will provide strategic and tactical leadership in harnessing technologies to deliver value-added services. You will also be responsible for leading, driving and executing the overall digitalisation plan by acting as a consultant for the organisation. You will also provide advice and guidance on the strategic use of product knowledge to build and scale great products and solve priority problems.
Your new roleAs the Head of Product Strategy, you will :
- Strategic Product Development : Define product strategies by identifying key challenges, evaluating priorities, and mitigating risks. Potential focus areas include modular enterprise platforms and data products.
- Product Optimisation : Collaborate with teams to refine product strategies, enhance impact, and develop go-to-market plans.
- Best Practices and Policy Advocacy : Establish consistent methodologies, streamline workflows, and revise policies to eliminate barriers while driving innovation.
