Drafter cum document Controller

We are seeking an experienced drafter to join our dynamic team in the building and construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans to support the successful execution of construction projects. If you have a minimum of three years of experience in drafting within the Singapore building and construction sector, along with a passion for precision and innovation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed drawings using computer software like AutoCAD and sketchup.
• Understand and interpret instructions from architects and engineers.
• Ensure drawings meet Singapore's building regulations and standards.
• Review drawings carefully to correct errors.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and changes.
• To assist in document controll for projects, inclusive of filing, document preperation etc.
• Communicate effectively with builders and suppliers.
• Provide technical support to project teams.
