We are excited to launch a brand-new Japanese dining concept in the heart of Singapore - a Robatayaki-style restaurant offering an authentic, immersive experience. Guests will dine at an open-concept counter where they can enjoy premium ingredients flown in from Japan, prepared right before their eyes. We're now hiring passionate and dedicated team members to be part of our opening crew!

Position : Assistant Chef / Kitchen Assistant

Location : 10 Duxton Hill

Working Hours : 8-hour rotating shifts (between 2 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM)

Rest Days : 6 days off per month

Salary Range : $2,200 - $3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen prep, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients;
• Prepare and serve authentic Robatayaki-style cuisine;
• Take customer orders, prepare beverages, and process payments;
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas (including dishwashing duties);
• Manage inventory and stock of ingredients and supplies;
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety standards;
