Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies Good communication skills and able to work independently Able to work in fast-paced environment Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders Proficient in MS Words / Excel Able to start immediately 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm Annual leave, Medical benefits, Staff insurance provided
Responsibilities :
- Liaising with Government agencies on delivery / collection matter
- Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters
- Arrange schedule and clearance for deliveries
- Arrange engineer for inspecting and verification of IT peripherals before collection
- Maintain accurate and neat asset inventory and data records
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
