Responsibilities
Support HR digitisation projects, including system
implementations and enhancements
Assist in
data preparation, migration, and system testing
activities
Manage administrative tasks such as
documentation, filing, and record maintenance
Support recruitment, onboarding activities and ensure
completion of all new hire checklists and documentation
Analyse current HR processes and recommend opportunities
for digital improvement
Support employee
lifecycle processes such as probation, contract renewals, and
offboarding
Other duties and responsibilities
as directed by JCU
Singapore
Key
selection criteria
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
Minimum 1 year of HR generalist
experience
Strong communication and
interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HRIS
systems and Microsoft Office suite preferred
Highly detail-oriented and
proactive
Monthly Remuneration :
Commensurate with experience
