RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist to Group F&B Manager to oversea operationProvide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinksExplain menu items and make recommendations to guestsEnsure team maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant, including housekeeping, table setting, and general upkeepWork collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient serviceStaff schedule and rosterDemonstrate a positive working attitudeAble to handle team of 8-15 service staffProvide in house and on job training to staffsREQUIREMENTS
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the F&B industryCustomer service-oriented with excellent communication skillsAbility to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidaysAble to commit additional hours during staff shortage or special eventsAble to travel between outlets within SingaporeAble to co-ordinate with Serice vendors for repair equipment & upkeep of premises.Familiarity with Italian cuisine and beverages (added advantage)Candidate with lesser experience can start as Assistant ManagerBENEFITS
