Industry / Organization Type : Accounting & Secretarial Service Provider
Position Title : IT Support Executive (Accounting / Inventory Software)
Working Location : East - Macpherson (Walking distance to the company from MRT)
Working Hours : 5 days / Monday-Friday : 8.30 am - 6 pm
Salary Package : Up to SGD 4000 + AWS
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Resolve hardware and software issues related to virtual servers, Windows servers, and network connectivity

Oversee the preventative maintenance and backup operations for servers to guarantee they meet user demands

Update and maintain thorough system documentation and backup protocols

Deliver technical support for accounting and inventory management systems

Conduct investigations, diagnose issues, and devise solutions for end-user problems

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

Min 2 years of working experience in configuring and maintaining Windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix), remote desktops, routers, and Fortinet firewalls

Prior experience in providing technical support for accounting or inventory software is beneficial
