Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across the region. This is a strategic role designed for a hunter who excels in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will not only identify and secure new business opportunities but will also possess the exceptional skill to "sell ice to an Eskimo" – demonstrating unparalleled value in a saturated market. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, tailored proposals and will have the unique autonomy to design and negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract and retain key talent for our clients as part of our advisory service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development & Sales :

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets for the firm's entire service portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to understand their pain points and strategic objectives.
• Masterfully articulate the value proposition of our services, differentiating OA GoC in a competitive market.
• "Sell ice to an Eskimo" by winning clients from competitors and creating demand for our services where it did not previously exist.
