Operations
Oversee all aspects of daily
club functions - from opening to closing - ensuring the facility is
clean, organized, and running smoothly. Monitor court conditions
and club amenities, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to
resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Team
Management
Supervise and support
front-of-house staff, coaches, and operational teams. Ensure clear
communication, effective task delegation, and alignment with club
service standards. Provide on-the-ground leadership and foster a
positive, team-first culture.
Guest Experience & Community
Building
Champion an outstanding guest
experience from the moment someone walks in. Build relationships
with members and guests, handle escalated issues with
professionalism, and nurture a welcoming club environment for
players of all levels.
Bookings
& Scheduling Oversight
Ensure efficient
and accurate court bookings through the club's scheduling system.
Work closely with the operations team to manage court availability,
class scheduling, and private bookings.
Drive Club Activities &
Events
Collaborate with the team to promote
tournaments, coaching programs, and social events. Organize and
manage corporate events and group bookings, ensuring smooth
execution and excellent guest experience.
Admin &
Reporting
Oversee administrative tasks
including inventory management, ordering supplies and staff
scheduling. Monitor performance metrics and support management in
planning and execution.
