Responsibilities : 1.
Club Operations
Support the daily operations of the club to ensure smooth
and efficient service delivery.
Supervise
staff and ensure adherence to club standards, policies, and service
excellence.
Oversee facility maintenance and
liaise with vendors and contractors when necessary.
Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to ensure
operational
efficiency.
2. Event
Organization
Lead in
planning, coordinating, and executing club events, functions, and
private bookings.
Work closely with the Events
team to deliver engaging experiences for members.
Ensure event logistics, staffing, and service standards
are met.
3. Membership
Sales & Retention
Engage with members to build strong relationships and
enhance member satisfaction.
Support
membership sales initiatives and assist in onboarding new
members.
Monitor member feedback and
proactively address concerns to improve
retention.
4.
Restaurant and Bar Services
Oversee daily F&B operations including the
restaurant, lounge, and bar.
Ensure quality
food and beverage service, in line with the club's
standards.
Work with the culinary and bar
teams to introduce new menus, promotions, or offerings.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and
compliance with regulatory
requirements.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or
related field.
Prior experience in F&B or
hospitality operations; private club experience
preferred.
Strong leadership, communication,
and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented,
with a passion for service excellence.
