Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes
- Preparation of employment contracts and other HR related documents
- End-to-end recruitment cycle that includes, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments and managing on boarding processes for new hires
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure payroll records and all employee data are up to date in HRMS system
- Oversee staff benefits, insurance, claims and leave administration.
- Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Support the review, updating and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Consolidate and prepare HR statistics reports to Management Team
- Adhoc HR and administration duties as assigned by Management Team
Qualifications :
Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of HR relevant experience as a GeneralistSolid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR policiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsMeticulous, tactful and the ability to interact with people of all levelsAble to prioritize tasks, work independently and maintain confidentialityWe regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
