SME Relationship Manager
This is a perm hire role for one of the Financial Institution
Salary Range : $3,000-$7,000
Work Location : CBD Area
Job Description
- Develop and initiate sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business in contract / project financing, pre and post factoring.
- Actively source and identify good leads for the Relationship officers for prospecting
- Constantly strive to achieve the sales target and generate revenue growth
- Provide guidance to the Relationship manager to perform cold callings, manage leads generated by referral agents.
- Meet potential prospects to assess their needs and work out viable financing solutions
- Perform credit assessment on client applications to ensure client meets basic credit requirement and compliant with business operational processes and controls.
- Able to write credit memo on the proposed financing solution to submit to the credit committee and management for approval.
- Manage and service a portfolio of clients and build strong relationship with the clients to ensure high level of satisfaction
- Work with the operations and accounts team to ensure that funds are disbursed on timely basis to clients
- Network with referral agents and business associations / counterparts to build strong relationship to ensure they constantly refer meaningful leads to the company
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a financial institution or similar experience in the lending industryHave at least 5 years of experience in Sales & MarketingHave experience in project / contract financing, trade financing, invoice receivables financing and factoring will be an added advantageHave good standard of credit evaluation and financial analysisHighly motivated and dynamic personality to guide and lead a teamDemonstrate maturity and confidence in handling difficult situationsAbility to work independently and adaptable to changesPossess good skills in networking and business acumenGood interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to interact with people at all levels.High integrity, adept at communicating with individuals at all organizational levels, and open-minded with a determined work ethics.Hard-working and diligence in carrying out responsibilities.A Goal Go-Getter to achieve objectives and meet targets.Hungry to Succeed in their role.An enthusiastic learner to acquire new knowledge and skills.Excellent communication and listening skillInterested applicants, please click "APPLY NOW"
