M&E Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Planning, programming and monitoring the processes of M&E works and provide specific program
• Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record
• Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters
• Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contracted works meet all requirements, quality and target completions
• Appraisal for works and products compliance to specifications and requirements
• Develop the details of Testing and Commissioning activities including Factory Tests, Individual System Test, Integrated System Test, RI, etc.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
• To check, evaluate and confirm the work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor / NSC progress payments including instruction of progress substantiation documents from vendors
