Finance Job Responsibilities :
- Handle monthly and yearly full set of accounts using the company’s ERP system to comply with local regulation and group consolidation purpose.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reports.
- Prepare supporting schedules and coordinate with local and group auditors / tax agents.
- Liaise with corporate secretarial on routine company matters.
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
HR Job Responsibilities :
Manage payroll, employee records, work pass applications / renewals.Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee claims and leave records.Assist in hotel / flight bookings.Any ad hoc duties as required.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business .Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounts and HR.Familiarity with Chinese accounting system is a bonus.Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment .Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).Tell employers what skills you have
