Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist assigned lawyers with legal practice management tasks, including opening, maintaining, and closing files, as well as handling disbursements, expense claims, and invoices
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice , along with other general secretarial duties as assigned
- Manage notarisation and legalisation processes
- Support conveyancing matters to ensure smooth and legally compliant property transactions
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environmentStrong command of written and spoken English; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage, due to a significant Chinese-speaking clienteleProficient in Microsoft Office 365Strong organisational and time management skills; able to multi-task effectivelyWillingness to learn because training will be providedApplication Instructions :
