Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Analyse and report on project financial performance
• Assist with tender preparation and bid submissions
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry regulations and standards
