Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
Manage the Accounting, HR and Admin function of the organization, which include the reviewing of financial policies and procedures, variance analysis and management reporting.
Details of responsibilities include :
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ (Japan).
- Review financial procedures and policies to identify process improvements while balancing the need for proper governance and internal controls.
- Review, monitor, and forecast cash flows
- Provide support by liaising with Process Owners from other departments on all aspects of manufacturing costs
- Payroll Calculation Accounting – INFOR System
- Leave Calculation – INFOR System
- Inventory Stock Count – INFOR System
- Employee Costing – INFOR System
- Liaise with with Auditors, Tax Consultants and Corp. Sec on company’s matters
- Check & Maintenance of Fixed Assets Excel and INFOR System
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Recruitment compensation and benefits administration including developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage Singapore payroll process and reporting, leave management and human resource information system, ensure data accuracy and processes are efficient and timely executed, and review regularly for enhancements.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility work, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and issuances
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Statutory requirements for surveys including EDB, A
- STAR, Government PIES, A STAR R&D Survey, and other statistical submissions
- Support company administrative operations.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior / management team from time to time
Requirements :
Degree in Accountancy / Human Resources / Business or its equivalentPreferably a Chartered Accountant & Human Resources at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance / statutory requirementsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP INFOR is preferredFamiliar with MOM regulations and HR best practicesStrong in analytical skills and able to communicate effectivelyAble to work with management and staff of all levelsCommitted, diligent, meticulous, be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.Ability to work effectively as a team player and independentlyPositive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skillsMultitask in a fast-paced environmentJapanese Language Proficiency is an advantageWilling to work in Tuas South area.Benefits
