General Manager (Construction Sector)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction operations and driving organizational success.
Requirements
Education :
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Business Management or Business Administration.
Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the Singapore construction sector.
Candidates with an Engineering degree or diploma and experience as a Technical Personnel for BCA registration will be given preference.
Probation & Confirmation :
The position will commence with a three (3) month probationary period.
Upon satisfactory performance and management evaluation, the appointment may be confirmed as a permanent role.
Interview :
Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.
Responsibilities (Indicative)
Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of project execution.
Ensure compliance with BCA and other regulatory standards.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects successfully.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence.
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners to maintain strong working relationships.
