Associate Director

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our

Direct Investment Team as an Associate Director. This role offers

the opportunity to work on high-impact investment transactions,

gain exposure across multiple industries, and play a pivotal part

in managing portfolio value

creation.

Key

Responsibilities : Deal

Origination & Execution - Source investment opportunities,

participate in negotiations, and drive end-to-end transaction

processes.

Due Diligence Leadership - Lead

comprehensive due diligence on potential deals, including business

diligence, risk assessment, coordination of external advisors, and

successful transaction closure.

Investment

Committee Engagement - Support the preparation and presentation of

investment cases to the Investment Committee.

Portfolio Management - Oversee and monitor portfolio

companies, including loan coupon payments and principal repayments,

while ensuring performance tracking.

Reporting

& Valuation - Prepare fund reports, portfolio performance

updates, and valuation analyses for internal and external

stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 8 years of experience in venture capital,

private equity / credit, or investment banking.

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with deep

knowledge of valuation methodologies.

Experience in conducting due diligence from financial,

legal, and operational perspectives.

Exposure

to investments in emerging markets, particularly across

Asia.

Strong interest in impact investing and

familiarity with impact measurement frameworks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the

ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related

field. CFA or MBA qualifications are a

plus.
