Teeth. Q Dental Surgeons @ Hougang Green is seeking to hire a Operations Executive for its clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Monitor and track operational performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Manage vendor, supplier, and patient relationships to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and allocation.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
- Carrying out important frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection
- Providing good support and service to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic
- Preparing the treatment room and assisting the dentist during treatment
- Maintaining clinic equipment, instruments and materials in good order
- Having a good standard of infection control
- Performing basic dental laboratory works
Requirements
Singaporeans (SC) / SPR / Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders / Dependant's Pass (DP) holdersMinimum 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalentHaving a good sense of responsibilityBeing able to be a team player - good communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in Dental Assisting : minimum 1 yearHaving a positive attitude!Interested candidates, please kindly email your resume to : hr2@teethq.com
