Teeth. Q Dental Surgeons @ Hougang Green is seeking to hire a Operations Executive for its clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Monitor and track operational performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
• Manage vendor, supplier, and patient relationships to ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and allocation.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
• Carrying out important frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection
• Providing good support and service to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic
• Preparing the treatment room and assisting the dentist during treatment
• Maintaining clinic equipment, instruments and materials in good order
• Having a good standard of infection control
• Performing basic dental laboratory works
