Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, issuing invoices, coordinating work assignments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Answer and respond to customer calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, outstanding proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and building customer relationships.
Operations & Coordination
Assign and coordinate daily work tasks with internal teams and subcontractors.Organize day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Liaise with suppliers and vendors where necessary to support project and operational needs.Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.Administrative & Finance Support
Issue invoices and track payments from customers.Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and invoices in the system.Support management with reports on sales performance, operational activities, and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Construction related, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (or relevant work experience).Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations coordination.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting / invoicing software.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.Working Conditions
