Roles & Responsibilities
This role reports to Commercial Director of the company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our team as an attachment trainee, supporting the commercial efforts of HearBack, an AI-powered platform focused on voice technologies, cybersecurity, and real-time feedback solutions. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in sales operations, client onboarding, and product support within a fast-paced technology company. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that sales documentation and processes are well-organized, accurate, and efficient. They will also contribute to client engagement by preparing materials and guiding users through the onboarding journey, helping them understand and adopt the platform effectively.
Trainee to be involved in :
1. Assist in preparing and issuing sales quotations, processing orders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
2. Maintain internal records and systems for tracking sales activities, client interactions, and order statuses.
3. Coordinate with Commercial Director to support sales workflows.
4. Prepare materials such as sales presentations, brochures, proposal documents, and demo kits for client engagements.
5. Support the Commercial Director in generating reports, compiling performance dashboards, and maintaining up-to-date CRM data.
6. Assist in client-facing activities, including explaining product features, responding to basic inquiries, and guiding new users through onboarding steps.
7. Provide post-onboarding follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
Help organize internal sales meetings and external customer visits or presentations.
