Responsibilities
You will be the main point of contact to our customers where providing service, answering product enquiries, design and sales related questions.
- Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds & ShyZip.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries
- Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior customer experience
Any other ad hoc dutiesassigned

Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a retail or customer support environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS OfficeAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to work in fast moving environmentImmediate availability / within short noticeLocation : Kaki Bukit ViewRequirements
Positive and willing to learnOutgoing, confident and courteousTarget driven and result orientedEnergetic, well groomed, sales and customer service orientedAble to converse well in Basic EnglishExperience in soft furnishing (curtains & blinds) will be an added advantageAble to work on Weekends / Public HolidayIt will be an added advantage if you possess a Class 3 driving license.An attractive remuneration package awaits you, including the following :
