Finance Manager

Reports to Managing Director of

Singapore Branch Office

Responsible for

monitoring of critical financials & operational metrics, and

formulate strategic plans to drive financial performance and

direction of the company

Review all financial

statements, including income statements, balance sheets,

shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency

reports

Ensure Company's compliance with all

Group and statutory requirements, including statistical

reporting

Oversee the finance operations and

related activities across all Project sites

Oversee financial functions for construction projects in

Singapore, including the execution of funds and issuance of

guarantees

Liaise with external and internal

auditors, tax agents and banks

Report to be

done and submitted in Korean for monthly, quarterly and yearly

Singapore financial activities to Headquarters in Korea.

Participate in Finance related strategy discussions with

Headquarters which will be conducted primarily in Korean

• Develop yearly budgeting and forecasting

Lead, support, train, and develop finance team

members
