Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
• Lead the Project Management team, including but not limited to Associate Project Manager, Interface Manager, Project Coordinator, QA team, Project Engineers, and Engineering disciplines.
• Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
• Possess knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry, especially FPSOs and / or offshore platforms.
• Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager for large / medium-sized projects.
• Job role has budgetary accountabilities.
• Manages internal and external project interfaces.
• Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress.
• Support the Management of Change process on the project, including development of discrete schedules and budgets.
• Support identification and management of risk on the project, including development of mitigation measures to remove and / or control residual risk.
