Division Manager
Head of Sales will play a key role in driving the divisions growth and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the divisions strategy, with a primary focus on our projects and product operations and deliveries, improving cost and quality control, enhancing our brand image, and leading efforts to increase sales of in-house & OEM products locally and internationally. The role will also involve forging and managing partnerships to help us venture into new markets, particularly overseas.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet the target KPIs for the Division's orders and revenues
- Ensure and update the Division financial performance monthly to Business Unit
- Day to day running of Division operation efficiently
- Responsible for the Division's projects are executed and delivered to schedule
- Responsible for Division revenue growth
- Work with Division Operation Manager on continuous improvement and productivity efficiency enhancement
- Responsible for staff career planning, competencies and skillsets relevancy and welfare
Requirements
Relevant experience in a management position particularly in Satcom domain business areas overseeing growth and operationRelevant experience in sales & business development for any of the following - Software, systems, network, infrastructure, robotics, cloud, AI and etcWith strong track records including experience and demonstrate leadership virtues in leading a teamRelevant project management and operations experienceAlign to company business goals and visionResult driven in delivering assigned Division's P&L KPIsPeople orientated in managing staffsTeam player and able to deliver under tight deadline and impromptu situationWorking location is in Ang Mo KioSingaporeans Only
