Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Singapore (with regional travel in Southeast Asia)

5-day work week (Monday-Friday) when BDM is overseas

Travel allowances provided for overseas assignments

Flexible schedule with 1 off-duty per week when BDM is in Singapore

Work arrangements are flexible depending on operational needs.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Business Development Manager in both administrative and client-facing capacities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and open to regional travel. This role is suited for someone looking to grow their career by learning directly from a senior business development leader.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and personal support to the Business Development Manager
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, restaurant bookings, and meeting logistics for guests and VIPs
  • Accompany the manager for meetings, events, and business trips across Southeast Asia (travel typically not exceeding 10 days per trip)
  • Support research and follow-up related to new investment projects and potential business opportunities
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and documentation in a timely and organized manner
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation when required
  • Foster positive interactions with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interest in business support roles are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or equivalent productivity tools
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedules and regional travel
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
