Roles & Responsibilities
Job description :
- Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers)
- Liaise with customers on air / sea import / export shipment instructions
- Coordinate with internal CS / Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments
- Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends)
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information
Requirements :
Minimum education in Diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding / logisticsSelf-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind setStrong verbal and communication skillsGood team playerWorking hours : Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
