Assistant Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager
Location : Penjuru Lane
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Salary : Up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
Are you great at building strong client relationships and driving sales performance in Modern Trade? We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Key Account Manager (or Assistant KAM ) to take ownership of major client accounts and unlock new growth opportunities.
This is a 100% farmer role — perfect for someone who thrives on client retention, long-term growth, and strategic account planning.
🌟 What You’ll Do :
✅ Be the go-to person for key clients – manage relationships, understand their needs, and exceed expectations
✅ Develop and execute account strategies that drive sales and profitability
✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
✅ Collaborate with internal teams – Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics – to deliver seamless service
✅ Lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint
✅ Launch new products and promotions, backed by data and market insights
✅ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
✅ Track KPIs, monitor account performance, and report on sales forecasts and progress
